Online Training and/or Nutrition Coaching

$250/mo.

With this virtual option, I will oversee your training and nutrition to help reach your goals. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. This is personalized and individual coaching, complete with accountability. You’ll receive a personalized training program, based on your goals and the way you like to train. You’ll also get personalized nutrition consulting based on your goals, what you actually like to eat, your personal needs, progress, and lifestyle.

What You’ll Get:

  • Evidence-based coaching for goal-setting, planning, prioritizing, and behavior change

  • Customized training program tailored to your schedule, fitness level, and goals, and progressed appropriately.

  • Demo videos included with all programs on an easy-to-use iOS/android app where you can track your workouts and other fitness metrics

  • Individualized and comprehensive nutrition coaching that gets you to your goal - including macronutrient breakdown

  • Weekly check-ins via phone or Zoom, bi-weekly as needed

  • Form check assessments via video

  • Unlimited text and email support

**Local clients can schedule an initial movement assessment in person at the private gym.


Hybrid Training & Nutrition Coaching

$400/mo.

This hybrid coaching option gives you accountability and flexibility - up to 2 in-person training sessions per week in the private studio gym coupled with supplemental training loaded onto the training app on your phone. This is not a *personal trainer at a big-box gym* kinda deal. This is a coaching relationship. This is results-driven, and it’s a journey we take together.

What You’ll Get:

  • Evidence-based coaching for goal-setting, planning, prioritizing, and behavior change

  • Up to 2 customized, in-person training sessions per week at private gym

  • Individualized and comprehensive nutrition consulting including macronutrient breakdown

  • Unlimited text and email support

    **This is a flat monthly fee. Prorated fees and discounts are not offered for sessions missed or for less than 2 sessions per week. Make-up sessions are offered for missed sessions based on availability but are not guaranteed.


Group Coaching

$299 for the 12-week program

I created group coaching to use the power of group accountability to reach more people and deliver fast and sustainable results. In July of 2023 I created the first pilot program, and will be continuing this group coaching platform based on demand. Training/Nutrition Consult

$99

This 1-hour phone consult will allow you to talk through your goals, obstacles, and gives you the basics to start your fitness journey. It allows you to ask questions related to your specific lifestyle, eating habits, training, and creates a safe space for you to gain the knowledge you need to meet your goals. Before the call ends, you’ll have a clear path forward.

What You’ll Get:

  • 1 hour phone/Zoom discussion

  • A follow-up email with breakdown of topics discussed

  • My PDF guide - Training and Nutrition for Beginners

  • Your personalized nutrition guide including your estimated macronutrient breakdown and sample meals


Studio Gym Location

All in-person clients will be trained in Megan’s personal home gym with clean, quality equipment. The home gym is located in South Tampa in Historic Hyde Park.
