The Coaching Journey
Taking your fitness to the next level.
Step 1: Initial Call
This is where we’ll do a deep-dive into where you are and where you want to be. We’ll discuss your nutrition, diet, and exercise history, your goals and why they matter to you, what’s important to you, what you’ve struggled with in the past, and what you want and expect out of the coaching experience.
Getting to know you is a crucial step in creating an individualized training and nutrition plan that makes sense for you. My goal is to teach you how to implement the tools and science in a way that feels balanced with your lifestyle while also achieving your goals.
Step 2: Creating the Plan
After the call, you’ll record a movement assessment or schedule one with me in person, and you’ll start filling out a nutrition log and detailed questionnaire. From there, I’ll create your customized training and nutrition plan, and set up your progress tracking in the fitness app.
Then, we get started with the hard work!

Your Custom Training Plan
It's time to get more out of your workouts. This is where we take the guesswork out of your exercise routine so you can stop wasting your time. We'll get you training efficiently and effectively in a way that works with your schedule and lifestyle.
I'll adjust your frequency, intensity, volume, and exercise selection to match your goals and lifestyle. This is a plan made specifically for you! I use science-based exercise programming and coach you through the details of mobility, sets, reps, technique, tempo, rest periods, and recovery.

Your Individual Nutrition Plan
You'll receive a customized nutrition plan - the cornerstone to your ideal physique, and the information and coaching you need to fuel your body in the right ways. The goal is to fuel your body for optimal performance and health, while actually being sustainable so you can keep your results forever.
I use all of the latest nutritional science (periodization, diet breaks, calories & macros, nutrient-timing, supplementation, etc.) while sticking to the basics that are effective and easy to implement into your lifestyle. We make adjustments as needed based on your goals.

Tracking your Progress
You have to measure what matters. Research shows that data is our best friend when it comes to improving our health, body composition, nutrition and fitness. We track things like macros, movement, sleep, progress photos, body measurements and more.
Tracking progress is how we know whether what we're doing is working or not, and gives us insight into what we need to adjust to get the progress we want at the rate we want it. We will put systems in place for both accountability and tracking data within an easy-to-use phone app.
Step 3: Coaching & Accountability
You have the strategy and the tools, now it comes down to implementing the plan and being consistent. Coaching isn’t just about telling you what to do. It’s about listening, understanding, and providing honest feedback. It’s about giving you the information you need to understand the “why” behind what you’re doing, and holding you accountable to make changes.
With weekly accountability calls or in-person sessions and ongoing education and problem-solving, we’ll work together to overcome obstacles, measure progress, and make lasting behavior change. All while forming new habits that align with your goals. We’ll do this in small, achievable steps to give you the confidence to be consistent.
Step 4: Reach your Goal
After months of hard work, consistency, and coaching guidance, you’ve met your health, fitness, or physique goal that we established in our initial call together.
Now is the time we discuss if you have another goal you want to work toward together, or if you’re ready to continue your journey on your own.
Step 5: The Exit Strategy
I never work with a client with the intention of keeping them a client forever. But I do what to be the last coach you ever hire. During our time together, my goal is to help you develop the confidence, knowledge and self-efficacy to continue your journey without me. The exit strategy is where we’ll discuss what a future without me as your coach will look like, how you’ll continue to train and use the knowledge and experience you gained while working with me, and what the path forward will look like for you.
If you continue to reach your goals, keep your results, develop good habits, and continue to train hard, then I know I’ve done my job as a good coach.
